Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Charges
